My journey into design started young-constructing elaborate additions with my Fisher-Price house in the sandbox long before I understood what architecture & design even meant. That childhood fascination with structure and form eventually evolved into a lifelong passion for transforming spaces with purpose and creativity. Holding a degree in Community Development from Central Michigan University and an Interior Design degree from New York School of Interior Design, I have been designing commercial & residential interiors that blend function with aesthetic integrity since 2001. In 2008, I founded Pilari Design to bring a more thoughtful, human centered approach to space planning. My work spans a wide range to include specialized work in historic terra cotta façade restoration, large scale commercial and residential remodels, small additions, and even small half-bath refresh. No matter the size or scope, space utilization is my secret sauce-finding creative, intentional solutions for everything, right down to where you keep your eyelash curler!
